Transparent pricing is the law in California.

As of January 2022, all medical providers including psychologists are required to give patients a good faith estimate before services are rendered. While this is required by law, many providers still refuse to be open about the cost of the services they provide and none list their prices openly online. 

At Brain Insights, we believe our clients should be fully informed about all of the services available to them and know our prices upfront.

Clients should not have to pick up a phone, send an email, or pay for a consultation before knowing what services cost. We have listed our most common services below with details about what is included and their prices.

Curious about Insurance Coverage?

Brain Insights is an out of network provider and does not bill insurance directly. If you are looking for testing with us, you can call your insurance in advance and ask about their reimbursement rates for the following CPT codes: 
90791, 96132, 96133, 96136, and 96137.

Note: If you choose to work with a doctoral-level student, the CPT codes for insurance reimbursement are 90791, 96132, 96133, 96138, and 96139
